Hello, My Name is GWAA and I am a Blog-a-holic

I'm becoming a blog-a-holic. I've begun compulsively reading people's blogs and commenting. Poor Unseen Blogger must be getting sick of me by now. But he is very smart and good to spar with plus he always shares weird lessons he learned over the weekend. Blogit's Journal always had interesting things to say, and makes me laugh with his cute cat pictures. And I could spend hours reading Dada Head (mainly because it would take hours to read his prolific and intellectual posts. Hell some times he's so far over my head I can't tell if I agree with him or not!) And Sara, damn feels like I've known her forever (and in internet years it probably is forever)-- that is a seriously real and down to earth woman.

But really people, I'm not getting anything done at work. And my poor honey hasn't had dinner before 8pm any night this week - which is actually normal, but still. Here I am blogging when I have tons of shit to do. Is there a 12-step program for blogging?

Well, at least I'm not watching T.V. I guess that's something.... oh wait isn't there a CSI on tonight? Gotta go...BYE!

:o... CSI? Gee... and I used to have some respect for you, lol... nah, I'll let you off as long as you don't start talking to me about the people on survivor ;-).

"Eyes" is cleverly scripted if usually technically inaccurate for a techno-babble filled show. West Wing usually gets a 99% rating for intelligence. (But they don't know anything about military aircraft.)
LOST is airy in the length of time they stretch things out(if they eliminated some of the air it could be quite a scintillating adventure) but it still gets points for generating interest and is certainly *the* most creatively plotted show on TV in a long than has been on in a long while(even if the writers show a distinct lack of getting their scripts vetted for technological accuracy at times, but hey, I'm a stickler for accuracy if you hadn't picked up on that already ;-). Accuracy, accuracy, accuracy people, all you have to do is ask someone who knows... Alright, I'll stop now, lol ;-) ).

I thought Medium was going to be *aweful* but it's alright. Blind Justice is rediculous... blind cop with a gun? Sure, I'm sure that's going to happen.

Gotten off on a different direction haven't I? lol... what's everyone else think about the state of what's on the tube these days?

I absolutely refuse to watch Blind Justice. It just looks dumb. I do love Medium though.

No on Survivor, Big Fat YES on Apprentice!

Other yes's: Gilmore Girls, Smallville, 7th Heaven (dumb yes, but it's like the modern day Brady Bunch ), BATTLESTAR GALACTICA-- that's one I'll cry if I miss, Joan of Arcadia and Charmed (I get good slut-wear ideas from their wardrobe.) And I started watching Tru Calling again but I go back and forth on whether I like it. I like Lost too, but you are right it's kinda slow.

Soon to be canceled faves: Star Trek Enterprise (it actually got good this last season but prior seasons kinda sucked) and Third Watch. Oddly both of these are produced by a former boss and former co-workers of mine respectively.

Also I like Kevin Hill but that's only cause Taye Diggs takes his shirt off every episode otherwise it's kinda boring.

I've been watching a mini series lately called Revelations. Have you seen it? It's annoying the crap out of me so I will probably stop soon.

I recently rented the entire 1st season of 24 which I am enjoying, but I don't think I could stand watching on broadcast TV. All I can think is that these people are having a truly shitty day!!

Gilmore Girls, Smallville, 7th Heaven,Joan of Arcadia... -wince- ...Charmed... who cares the actresses are hot, lol... Apprentice? -sigh- Revelations I haven't seen yet, sometimes watching what I want to watch can spawn a battle akin to Obi Wan and Darth workin' it out with light sabers in the Death Star(no comment on who's Darth).
I knew something was up when they moved Third Watch to Friday at 8, lol. Don't worry, you'll still have 4 or 5 flavours of Law and Order and an equal number of CSI clones to savor.

Star Trek Enterprise I was suprised to see go because the last season was actually starting to bring it together in a serious way. Battle Star Galactica I admit to watching on occasion along with FireFly on the Space Channel. Everybody Loves Raymond is hilarious when I watch it but I think it's best taken in once and a while as apposed to regularly. Have you wasted any time on Stacked, the new Pamela Anderson sitcom? I can't. I'm allergic. You'll have to tell me how bad it is, lol.

Speaking of another show that's calling it quits - Everybody Loves Raymond, one of my best friends works on that show and I've actually been with her to Ray's house, Patty's and Phil the producer's house. So that's 3 shows that are ending and I know people on them...You think maybe it's bad luck to know me if you're in the TV biz?

As for Pamela no I haven't watched Stacked, but I used to have a morbid fascination with VIP back when I was unemployed and could stay up really late and watch it.

I usually only watch L&O when I'm really bored; the various clones just merge together. I like one with Vincent D'nofrio the best just cause he's so weird.
